Description

  • Overall management of the warehouse to make sure the stocks are in order; accountable and stock amount is correct.
  • Perform store activities that includes ordering, receiving, issuing, inventory counting, housekeeping, data entry and preparing reports
  • Responsible for effective operation of all warehouse activities
  • Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures
  • Move & deliver stocks around by provided trolleys
  • Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to
  • Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory

Requirements

  • Min. 1-3 Years of experience as Warehouse Assistant 
  • Self-driven personality, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities work.
  • Physically fit

  • Full support to Project Manager in project implementation.
  • Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised.
  • Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
  • Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
  • Ensure installation is carried out as per instructions and approved specifications.
  • Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report to superior.
  • Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
  • Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing.
  • Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedure.
  • Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to internal division.

  • Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry (preferably in cable) for this position.
  • Possess 2B or Class 3 driving license.
  • Possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management, and First Aid certified.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt, and quick on feet to handle challenges on site.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, strong problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

As the Project Manager for Utilities Infrastructure Construction, you’ll oversee the 22KV & 66KV High Tension Cable Laying and Telecommunication Pipeline Projects. Your responsibilities include project planning, resource management, execution, quality assurance, communication, budgeting, and documentation. Knowledge of LTA regulations and BCA standards is essential to ensure compliance throughout the projects.

Description

  • Manage, monitor and maintain the company’s assets including property, equipment, motor vehicles, inventories, furniture and fitting.
  • Managing of inventories such as pantry supplies, electrical consumables and furniture
  • Conduct periodic inspections of office and store to ensure maintenance standards are met.
  • Liaise with vendors/contractors for projects and works.
  • Perform regular check on office equipment, furniture fitting and electrical appliance to make sure the items are in good condition.
  • Ensuring repair specifications meet standards and seek approval for execution.
  • Assist with preparation of facility reports and review maintenance contracts.
  • Budget expenditure planning, coordination and overseeing the execution of renovation works.
  • Tenant management – such as sourcing of new dormitories, renewal of dormitories’ contract (including handing and taking over), defect management, supervise tenant and enforcement of relevant terms under the lease.
  • Keep track of dormitory maintenance records, repair work and vendor contracts.
  • Liaise with dormitory providers and perform routine check on worker housing environment.
  • Handle vehicle insurance, repair, claim, vehicle accident (if applicable) and update company vehicle listing.
  • Manage offsite storage, including sorting documents and overseeing warehouse item projects.
  • Undertake corporate administration function for the office and support HR and Marketing functions, such as events (Internal and external), branding initiatives etc.

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building Facilities Management or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions for FE position.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
  • Must be a well-organized, detailed and oriented self-starter

  • Responsible for organizing files for proper documentation of the project.
  • Coordination with Site Coordinators to record site details and report issue.
  • Administers project team for fibre installation for non-residential/commercial building coordinates with client, building management and customers for site survey.
  • Able to purchase plan route maps and apply Notice of Commencement Earthworks application for all necessary utilities such as Cable, Gas, Telco, PUB, SCDF, and etc;
  • Involves in claim preparation, claim negotiation and claim settlement.
  • Finalization of claim submission of work done cable work claims for Trial Hole, cable pulling, Pipelaying and Joint/Termination Claims to Power Grid NOVA System.
  • Monitor and update the list of work done claims and work status.
  • Able to report work and claim status to Project Engineers and Project Managers.
  • All other duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience with Diploma in Civil Engineering or related Engineering Discipline.
  • AutoCAD drafting knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to meet tight deadline
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
