Ho Teck Hong

Ho Teck Hong’s entrepreneurial journey spans over three decades, marked by visionary leadership and a proven track record in the telecommunications and power industries. A graduate of the National University of Singapore (1987) and a postgraduate degree in the Master of Science of the Nanyang Technological University (1996),  he began his career in civil engineering works before co-founding a successful subcontracting business in 1991. As a director and co-founder, he played a pivotal role in building it into a reputable name  and top contractor specialising in power and telecommunications, steering its growth until 2016.

In 2017, Ho launched Vistek, leveraging his extensive experience and industry reputation to establish a dynamic organisation dedicated to innovation and excellence. As CEO, he oversees business development and procurement, strategic alliance, financial planning and investments, ensuring Vistek remains a leader in its field. His leadership is defined by assembling and nurturing a competent and strong management team, composed of seasoned professionals and fresh talent, to drive the company’s ambitious goals.

Ho’s contributions extend beyond day-to-day operations. He brings over three decades of expertise and a vast network of industry relationships, earning widespread respect from clients, peers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Under his stewardship, Vistek has expanded its footprint regionally and embraced transformative projects, including adopting electric vehicles into its fleet and positioning the company to tackle emerging opportunities in green and renewal energy.

A firm believer in continuous innovation, Ho is passionate about exploring new technologies in automations , AI-driven solutions and digital ecosystems. His forward-thinking approach ensures Vistek remains ahead of competitors, with a focus on growth and sustainability.

Vivian Teo

As a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Vistek, Vivian Teo has played an instrumental role in building the company from the ground up. Since its inception in 2017, he has been at the forefront of Vistek’s operational and strategic development, transforming it from a modest six-person team operating out of a co-shared office to a thriving organisation of over 200 employees. With over two decades of experience in project management and operations, Vivian’s expertise and leadership have been pivotal in Vistek’s continued growth and success.

In his current role, Vivian oversees all aspects of operations and project management while actively participating in business development and client relationship building. His responsibilities extend to running the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and maintaining a lean management structure that balances cost-efficiency with high-quality output. His approach has enabled Vistek to deliver exceptional results while remaining agile and adaptable in a competitive industry.

Vivian is particularly proud of his role in scaling Vistek’s operations and expanding its client base. One notable accomplishment includes securing three major contracts with a key customer, which now contribute to half of the company’s revenue. Under his leadership, Vistek has maintained stable year-over-year growth, with revenues consistently reaching multi-million-dollar benchmarks.

Motivated by the company’s growth and the satisfaction of its customers, Vivian places a strong emphasis on building trust and fostering a positive work environment. He believes that treating employees well directly translates to better service for clients, creating a virtuous cycle of trust and success.

Looking ahead, Vivian is excited about integrating technology into Vistek’s utility construction projects. Wang Chin Fun

Wang Chin Fun’s journey to becoming Vistek’s Chief Financial Officer is a testament to her resilience, determination, and expertise in finance. Coming from a humble background, Wang’s early years were shaped by the loss of her father during secondary school, leaving her responsible for her own financial needs from a young age. This challenging experience fuelled her ambition to excel academically and professionally, culminating in earning her ACCA and Chartered Accountant (CA) certifications in Singapore.

Over a career spanning three decades, Wang worked with just three employers, each transition reflecting her commitment to growth and her pursuit of opportunities in larger, more complex organisations. Known for her hard work and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities, she honed her skills in financial management, administration and operations, becoming an invaluable asset in every role she undertook.

Joining Vistek in October 2023, Wang has swiftly made her mark by implementing critical systems and controls to streamline the company’s financial and administrative functions. Her responsibilities encompass HR, finance, administration, and operations management. One of her significant contributions has been spearheading the development of a customised ERP system to enhance data accuracy and internal controls, enabling timely reporting and better cash flow management. This initiative addresses longstanding inefficiencies, allowing Vistek to make informed decisions and plan effectively for the future.

Wang’s accomplishments stem from her passion for turning disorganised processes into efficient, well-structured systems. Her ability to deliver impactful results and gain the trust and appreciation of her colleagues drives her to continuously improve and contribute to the company’s success. She finds motivation in creating a positive work environment where her efforts are valued, and she remains steadfast in her belief that “where there is a will, there is a way.”

As CFO, Wang’s dedication to improving operational efficiency and financial oversight ensures that Vistek is well-positioned to achieve sustainable growth in the years to come.
